I was a law undergraduate at the University of Leeds when I began creating digital food content. All I had was my canon DSLR and a hunger to create beautiful food content. At the time, I was focused on just food photography, learning on my own and practising with every food I could find in any kitchen I was in.
Soon, I was creating my own recipes, writing them up and photographing them. It was all for the fun of it and I did dream of becoming a food blogger. I was a food blogger for a while but I was not satisfied. I wanted to be more than a food blogger and I wanted my content to make a difference.
I did some bit of freelance work and I loved every bit of it. I loved taking client visions and creating them into digital content. Being able to take a vision and bring it into reality was enough reason to get out of bed for me.
I LOVED creating for clients but I believed there was more
Early 2021 was when I had my light bulb moment!
I was scrolling through Facebook when I stumbled upon a facebook group for food bloggers. Upon further research I noticed there was a gap in the market for ready made digital food content for food bloggers and other food content creators!
This was when it all began to make sense. I wanted to create a business that helped anyone looking for food content. Not just the ones that need custom content or need a vision translated into reality but also the ones that needed content on demand.
I want to help other food businesses succeed by creating digital food corner that helps their business grow, regardless of their location, needs and budgets.
That's why Caketography Studio exists.
To make quality digital food content accessible to food businesses across the globe.
It is such an exciting time for me as I take this step into my new business venture but I know it is the opportunity for me to help food businesses succeed by creating the quality content they need and love.
So join me on this new, adventurous ride, filled to laughter, creativity and good food!
